This page explains the current commercial role of Amechrouk Trade so buyers and supplier partners understand how discussions progress into a transaction.
Business identity
Amechrouk Trade is a commercial-development initiative led by Hicham Amechrouk from Belgium. It is not currently a separate incorporated company and does not contract or invoice commodity transactions in its own name.

Commercial intermediary role
Amechrouk Trade currently acts as a commercial intermediary / business introducer and does not present itself as the producer, manufacturer or contractual exporter of the goods shown on this website.
We lead the initial commercial discussion, qualify buyer needs and develop opportunities at the request of supplier/exporter partners. When a dossier becomes sufficiently concrete, the supplier/exporter entity responsible for the contemplated transaction is introduced for KYC, product documentation, contract, invoicing and execution.

Product categories, origins and availability published on this website describe current commercial channels and are not a binding offer. Specifications, quantities, prices, Incoterms, certificates, analyses and availability must be confirmed for each live transaction.
No automatic contractual commitment
Website content, email discussions and preliminary commercial indications do not create a binding supply contract unless and until the relevant contracting parties execute the required transaction documents.
Future corporate structure
If Amechrouk Trade's legal or corporate structure changes, this notice will be updated so that public information remains consistent with the entity actually conducting the relevant activity.
